PREORDERS ARE GO!
As you might know for an earlier update, the pandemic delayed Record Store Day. So, our distributor decided we should push it out sooner than later.
The new release date is now May 22nd.

I’m so glad this lp is finally getting released.! Congratulations Robert, we appreciate your hard work. A good peek 8into what was going on in Detroit 1976-1983. Looking forward to part 2!!!
No hardcore bands, not that good of a peek.
Hey Joe,
Thanks for the comment.
As noted in the preface to the work, this is pre-hardcore/Bookie’s era bands. Nothing against the Detroit hardcore scene, but there has been books and other work done to preserve their stories. This project was the preserve the stories of the scene right before.
CHEERS,
Rob St. Mary – Curator of the Detroit Punk Archive and record project.
Hi Rob. Negative Approach played Bookies as did the Necros and Misfits.
Rob, thank you so much for literally taking music that was stored in closets, basements and who knows where else and bringing it to the forefront and giving it life. For our band, the Pathetx, it was the very first time that our music has been released to the public, a 40 year hiatus! Happy Tom.
